The TGG Process

STEP 1: Identify Your Need

Training Solution? Event Coordination & Logistics? Custom Event Design? You come to us with a need. We help you flush out how to make it happen. Brainstorming, dreaming, planning. Nothing is too big or small.

STEP 2: Creating the Experience

Based on our first conversation, we will scope out the project in detail. We will put the pieces of the puzzle together, so you have a full picture of the possibilities. We will even create multiple options.

STEP 3: Review Proposal

TGG will submit an official proposal to you, based on the first two steps.

STEP 4: Clarifying Questions

Ask us questions. Clarify proposal details. Request a different scope. In this phase, we get on the same page.

STEP 5: References & Decision

If you want references, we provide them. You make a decision to partner or not. (Obviously, we hope for the former!)

STEP 6: Kick-Off Meeting

Now that our partnership is official, let's pull the team together to kick off our project.

STEP 7: Project Manager Transition

Our executive team will transition you to your personal Project Manager, who will work with you side-by-side throughout the project.

STEP 8: Custom Event Execution

We have a date, we have a location, we have a plan. Flawless execution, in action.

STEP 9: Post Event Evaluation

Wait, we're not quite done yet. We need to know how it went, and so do you. We provide quantitative and qualitative data that will help inform your post-event evaluation and debrief. This will also give you the chance to provide us feedback so we can better serve you in the future.
